This policy explains how Skipset AI LLC (“we,” “us”) handles information collected through our text messaging program for licensed real-estate professionals (brokers, realtors, and wholesalers). It applies to the mobile number you provide when you opt in at skipset.ai/optin/skipset-ai-marketing.
You join this program only by visiting the opt-in page above, entering your mobile number, checking an unchecked consent box, and submitting the form. The consent box states that you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and conversational text messages from Skipset AI LLC about partnering with the Skipset AI system. We do not send program messages to numbers that have not completed this opt-in.
We collect the mobile phone number you submit, the exact consent text you agreed to, the date and time you gave consent, the IP address and browser used to submit the form, and the messages exchanged between you and us. If you choose to share it, we may also keep information about your market, licensing, or interest in partnering with us.
We use your mobile number solely to send you the recurring automated marketing and conversational text messages you consented to receive about partnering with the Skipset AI system, and to respond when you reply. We keep a record of your consent, and of any opt-out you send us, in order to comply with applicable law.
No mobile information will be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party except the service providers that operate the messaging platform on our behalf, and those providers may not use it for their own marketing.
Message frequency varies, typically around 2–6 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages, or HELP for assistance. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or business relationship.
We retain your number and consent record for as long as you remain opted in, and after opt-out only as long as needed to honour your opt-out and meet our legal obligations.
