This policy explains how Skipset AI LLC(“we,” “us”) handles information collected through our text messaging program. It applies to the mobile number you provide when you opt in at skipset.ai/optin/skipset-ai-marketing.
We collect the mobile phone number you submit, the date and time you gave consent, and the messages exchanged between you and us. If you share further details with us when you reply, we may also keep those.
We use your mobile number solely to send you the recurring automated marketing and conversational text messages you consented to receive about partnering with the Skipset AI system, and to respond when you reply. We keep a record of your consent in order to comply with applicable law.
No mobile information will be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party except the service providers that operate the messaging platform on our behalf, and those providers may not use it for their own marketing.
Message frequency varies, typically around 2–6 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages, or HELP for assistance. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
We retain your number and consent record for as long as you remain opted in, and after opt-out only as long as needed to honour your opt-out and meet our legal obligations.
