About
Skipset is an AI inside sales team for real estate. It watches county public records for the filings that put a house in play — foreclosure, divorce, probate, tax liens — then calls the owner, qualifies them, and books the meeting on a closer’s calendar.
Every investor buys the same lists. By the time a foreclosure or probate filing reaches an inbox it has been scraped, resold, and called ten times over. Skipset goes to the source instead: it reads the county filings, matches each one to property and owner records, and then does the work an inside sales agent would do — the call, the follow-up, the qualification, the booking.
Every lead belongs to exactly one organization. That is enforced in the data layer with a conditional write, not promised in a contract — a second organization cannot be assigned a lead that already has an owner.
Skipset’s own infrastructure runs on Amazon Web Services: compute, data, AI and hosting. Every model we run ourselves is a Claude model called through Amazon Bedrock. Voice, telephony and email delivery run through specialist carriers on top of that. See what it runs on.
Two founders: the operator whose playbook Skipset automates, and the engineer who built it.

Co-Founder & CEO
Real estate investor and licensed real estate agent. He works county public-record filings — foreclosure, divorce, probate, tax liens — alongside wholesalers and brokers across the U.S. The distressed-seller playbook Skipset automates is the one he runs by hand. He leads the company.

Co-Founder & CTO
Founding engineer and a Mamram graduate. From 2022 to 2025 he was a software engineer in the IDF's J6 & Cyber Defense Directorate, working with Elbit Systems and Unit 9900. Since 2023 he has been a technical advisor to Probal, a fintech that went through Techstars that year. He builds and runs the filing pipeline, the AI agent orchestration, the telephony integration and the CRM.
The Skipset platform is operated by SKIPSET AI LLC. Written questions, compliance requests and press can go to support@skipset.ai.
